Description/Taste
Mangga is the name for a small green mango in Malaysia. Its skin ranges in color from dark to bright green and is smooth, with no touches of yellow. As the mangga ripens it has a deep yellow to bright orange flesh and a sweet, sometimes tart flavor. In countries such as Malaysia and the Philippines Manggas are used in their raw state; shredded into salads or made into pickles.
