Oca Sunrise Potatoes
Sunrise oca can be used in a fashion similar to that of potatoes and other root vegetables, however unlike potatoes they can also be consumed raw.
Roselle may be used raw, dried or juiced. The fruit's tart flavor requires a sweetener of some kind, and it is successfully used like a cranberry in recipes for jam, jelly, chutney and even wine.

Sangri is produced on an evergreen tree that is native to the desert region of Rajasthan in India. Sangri is also known by the common names ' Jandi, Kherji and Ghaf,' while it is botanically known as Prosopis cineraria. In English the common name is the Mesquite tree. The tree is a member of the Pea family and produces long slender green pods. Sangri pods offer a nutty flavor that has spice-like notes of cinnamon and mocha.
